Ive mainly dealt with Kymm, she's a true asset to Jody's team. As for Jody, I've never seen an agent leave to help a customer who had a flat tire.....he did. I was in the office for a few things and I heard his end of the call, no hesitation he just said "I'll be right there." Told the ladies he was going to help a customer and out the door he went. To me, that's how you know you're dealing with genuinely good people."

"As a roof salesman in Camden I have seen State Farm deny home owners claims that most all other insurance companies would cover. One specific example was an elderly lady in Cedar Lakes. They denied her claim even though most all houses around hers were approved by other insurance companies and her house was hammered by hail. I personally requested an appeal of the denial for her with her consent. Well, State Farm representatives were insulted I helped the lady appeal the denial. After pulling a shingle sample they approved the claim but told the woman not to let me install the roof. Google who is the worst Insurance Company to have for storm and roof damage and research it. Also, check what your deductible is, you might find out it is way higher than you thought."
